We offer a full 3 or 6 month warranty from the date of purchase with all of our cricket bats purchased direct from Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd. This warranty covers all repairs required that are caused as a result of fair and reasonable use of the cricket bat when it is used for training and match-play in the sport of cricket. Fair wear and tear is considered a level of use that one match play and two training sessions per week would endure upon any Bradbury Cricket equipment. Excessive use through training will be considered in assessing fair wear and tear. Conditions that are reasonable include dry wickets and surroundings and good quality (Cricket Australia approved) cricket balls.
Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd will repair free of charge, damage occurred in the first 6 months of use, any repairs beyond this period will incur a charge.
Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd do not recommend using their bats in T20 winter competitions.
If the cricket bat purchased from Bradbury is deemed unable to be repaired within this 6 month period and the damage is due to materials and craftmanship, not unreasonable use, then a free replacement may be offered. Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd reserve the right to renege on this warranty if they believe that the bat has been used in ways not deemed reasonable. Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd also reserve the right to renege on this warranty if labels were removed or chosen not to be applied. No cash refunds will be offered and the postage costs relating to the returning of bats will be borne by the customer.
Protective equipment and accessories will receive a 3 month protection against workmanship and materials only. Fair wear and tear is considered a level of use that one match play and two training sessions per week would endure upon any Bradbury Cricket equipment. Damaged caused by sharp objects in kit bags (shoe spikes) or surrounds will not receive warranty consideration.
Fair Wear and tear is not a claim under warranty on any products sold by Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd. Bradbury Cricket (Aust) Pty Ltd reserve the right to assess what is considered fair wear and tear.
Stock orders are usually shipped within a few days. Bespoke service may require 21 days to complete before shipping. Shipping is by Australia Post or Economy Courier. Freight within Australia is trackable. If express courier is required a quote must be requested prior to shipping.
If insurance is required an additional charge may be quoted on request.
